Action - Print Configuration

 
Welcome to AlignBooks. We are happy to have you on board. In this help studio tutorial, we will explore the Print Configuration utility. 
 
 
 
Alignbooks provide you the facility to configure your document printing as per choice.
 
  • Print : To print the Document, click on Icon.
  • For more options Click on aside “Print” Icon, you will find three options:
  • Preview
  • Export
  • Configuration
        
     
    When you select Print/ Preview / Export then the screen will display "Print Detail Window".
 
When you select Configuration then the screen will display "Print Configuration".
 
Action - Print Configuration

Format

1. Format : Select a Print Format from the drop down list, the system will show default format set by you.

No of Copies

2. No of Copies : Enter the number of copies you want to print the system will show default numbers set by you

Print

3. Print : Click on this button to print the document.
This button will be visible when you click Print Button.

Preview

4. Preview : Click on Preview to make a preview of the document to be printed.
This button will be visible when you click Preview Button.

Export Document

5. Export Document : Click on Export to Export the document in PDF Format. System will download the file in default download location.
This button will be visible when you click Export Button.

Exit Form

6. Exit Form : Click on “Exit” when your printing is complete.
 
 
 
Let us start with Print Configuration;

Header Remark

7. Header Remark : Enter a document Header remark, if you wish to print any. There are three fields available for the Header remarks.

Footer Remark

8. Footer Remark : Enter a document Footer remark, if you wish to print any. There are three fields available for the Footer remarks.

Terms and Conditions

9. Terms and Conditions : Enter any Terms and Conditions for the document, if you wish to print on document. There are Six fields available for the Terms and Conditions.

Bank Details

10. Bank Details: Here Enter your Bank Account Details, if you wish to print them on Invoice. There are Five fields available for the Bank Details.

Payment Link

11. Payment Link: Here Enter Payment link (PayTm/UPI etc.) for accepting payments from customer, on document print QRCode will be printed from this link. There are Two fields available for the Payment Link.

Default Format

12. Default Format : Select a Default Format from the drop down list which you wish to print for the document.

Default No. Of Copies

13. Default No. Of Copies : Enter default number of copies required to be printed.

Print Branch Address

14. Print Branch Address : Check on box, if you want to print Location/Branch address on document.

Print on Letter Head

15. Print on Letter Head : Check on box, if you want to print document on letter head.

Skip Signature Section

16. Skip Signature Section : Check on box, if you want to skip signature section on print document.

Save Configuration

17. Save Configuration : Click on this button to save the values in Print Configuration.

Clear

18. Clear : Click on this button to clear the values.

Preview Pre-Configured Formats

19. Preview Pre-Configured Formats : Click on this button to preview all print format in the list and to select any print format as your default print format.
