Before we begin, let us understand about the need of Loyalty Card master and the usage of this particular activity.
A loyalty program is a marketing strategy designed to keep the customer associated with your business and continue to shop. Issuing a loyalty card to customers is a way to identify the customer as a participant in the loyalty program. When the customer receives the loyalty card, he is eligible to be a part of earning reward points and special occasion discounts.
You can edit and delete an already created set of information with required authorisation.
The key functions of a Loyalty Card Master Module are:
· Creation of a New Loyalty Card Record;
· Modification of an existing Loyalty Card Record;
· Deletion of an existing Loyalty Card record.
We will be going through the each of these set of information in detail.
New Loyalty Card Creation–
You can create a “Loyalty Card” click 
under “Point of Sale Module” 
from menu of AlignBooks and the screen which appears looks like this;
You can see the 
option at top right of the screen. Click on this option and you will be directed to the relevant Loyalty Card creation screen.
Here you will have basic information section where all the required data pertaining to a new Loyalty Card can be captured.
 Description : Here you input the name with which you are used to identify your Loyalty Card. |

 Per Amount: Here Enter the Amount on which points will be accumulated. like as per your scheme, on purchase of Rs. 150/- you will credit 2 points to customer account. |

 No. of Points : Here Enter the Points to be credited to customer account on purchase of above mentioned amount. |
|
 Redeem Amount per Point : Here Enter the Amount which you want to redeem per point. |
|
 Minimum Redeem Points : Here Enter the Minimum redeem points required for this card for redemption of loyalty points by cardholder. |
|
 Birthday Discount (%) : Here Enter the Discount % which will be applicable when customer make any purchase on his Birthday. |
|
 Anniversary Discount (%) : Here Enter the Discount % which will be applicable when customer makes any purchase on his Anniversary day. |

Save : Click on 
to Save the values.
Clear : Click on 
to Clear the values.
Delete : Click on 
to delete the existing master. (Enabled only when you edit the master)
Exit : Click on 
Or 
to Exit from the New Loyalty Card Form.
We are now back to the main screen for the Loyalty Card Master.
Edit: If you wish to Edit a Loyalty Card detail, click on 
. The Loyalty Card details will be opened in edit mode, can make the required changes and click on 
to save the changes made by you. If you think that this record is no more required, you can delete the record by clicking on 
.
Delete : If you wish to delete any Loyalty Card data, Click on 
and confirm the deletion.
It is advisable not to delete a POS Loyalty Card if some data are already entered against that Loyalty Card. Note that the System will not allow you to delete this record unless you delete all transactions with the Loyalty Card.
Bulk Delete : If you wish to delete Loyalty Card data in bulk then enable the check box 
against each Loyalty Card and Click on 
and confirm the deletion. All Loyalty Card data will be removed which are not used in any transaction.
Refresh : Click on 
to refresh the list with the changes made by you.
Export : Click on 
to Export the data as visible in the list to an Excel Sheet.
Search : Type a text to search a particular record.
Sort : If you want to sort data on a particular field, click on the label of that field, your data will be sorted on that field. You can reverse the order of sorting by just Double click on the label of that particular field.
Click on 
to Exit from the Loyalty Card master.
