In some industries you are required to maintain your inventory records batch number wise. For Example – Pharmaceutical & Drug Industries.
From this Panel you can maintain Batch number Records of your inventory items
Let’s now understand how to enter the details in simple steps:
 Select Batch Number from List : System will display list of Batch Numbers available in stock, you can select the batch details from the list. All details will fill in the below fields automatically from the Batch Number selected.

 Batch Number : Enter the Batch Number manually, if not selected from the Batch No. List. |
|
 Batch Manufacturing Date : Enter the Manufacturing Date of the Batch Number mentioned. |
|
 Batch Expiry Date : Enter the Expiry Date of the Batch Number mentioned. |
|
 MRP : Enter the MRP of the Batch Number mentioned. |
|
 Sales Rate : Enter the Sales Rate for the Batch Number mentioned. |
|
 Batch Quantity : Enter the Quantity of Batch. |
|
 OK - Confirm Input : Click on this button to accept the Batch details prepared by you. All details will be transferred to Main Table. |
|
 Exit : Click on this button to exit the Batch Detail Panel. |
|
After this window is closed the field values will be transferred to the detail table in their respective columns.
