Consumption Details option will appear when finish item is received / issued in case of Job Work Outward / Inward respectively. When you enter the consumption detail of raw material then you can track the inventory of Raw material for Jobber (Vendor) warehouse.
Let’s now understand how to enter the details in simple steps:
: Click on this button to fill the above table with the Bill of Material (BOM) defined for the Finish Item. Base quantity for RM Consumption will be the finish quantity received.
The significance of selection of BOM in Consumption Detail screen; it helps in auto consumption of Raw Materials during this voucher entry (recorded to account the receipt of Finished Goods).
: Click on this button to add new row to table.
: Click on this button to delete row from table.
: Select the item from the drop down list which you want to consume for the finish item processed.
: System will fill the Stock Unit from the Item Master.
: Enter the quantity consumed for this item.
: System will auto calculate and pick the rate of item based on your stock valuation method.
: System will calculate the RM Value automatically i.e. with the multiplication of Quantity x RM Rate.
: Click on this button to accept the document prepared by you.
: Click on this button to exit the Consumption detail form.
