Welcome to AlignBooks. We are happy to have you on board. In this help studio tutorial, we will explore the Search Transaction utility.
Alignbooks allow you to search transactions based on Specific Text / Period / Amount Range / Specific Voucher type. You can use specific criteria or combination of all of the above to search desired data.
From Dashboard, Click on button from top right corner to open the search criteria window and change parameters for search in transactions.
Search Text
: Enter the text if you want to search transactions with any specific Text within the transaction.
System will display the transactions which are retrieved from the criteria specified like this;
You can click on this icon in Edit column against each voucher to display the details of the voucher. You can also change the search criteria from button again the same window as displayed above will open to change the parameters for search.
Click on this to exit from the search form.

: Click on this button to search the application with the given criteria.
: Click on this button to clear all values.
: Click on this button to close the popup window
