Welcome to AlignBooks. We are happy to have you on board. In this help studio tutorial, we will explore the Support Ticket utility.

Subject

1. Subject : Mention the Subject for which you want to raise the Support Ticket.

Modules

2. Modules : Select the Module from the drop down list for which you want to raise ticket.

Category

3. Category : Select the category from the drop down which will enable us to identify the priority of the support.

Application

4. Application : Select the Application from the drop down list in which you are working and for which you want raise the ticket.

Support Type

5. Support Type : Select the Type of Support required from the drop down list.

Preferred Date Time

6. Preferred Date Time: Enter the you preferred Date and Time as per your convenience when our support team executive can connect with you regarding this ticket.

Description

7. Description : Enter the details of the query relating to training / Document print / issue / suggestion.

Attachment

8. Attachment : You can attach any reference document relating to the ticket. Click on this button and Browse the file from your system and click OK to attach the file in the ticket.

Submit

9. Submit : Click on this button to submit the Support Ticket. System will display the Support Ticket Number generated, you can save the ticket number for future communication.

View Report

10. View Report : Click this button to display the details of the support ticket raised by you and their status and complete history with actions performed by support team on each ticket.

Exit / Close

11. Exit / Close : Click on this button to exit the Support Ticket Form.
